After you have placed your order online, The Artcademy will contact you within 24-48 business hours to discuss finishing options and define what graphics you would like on your cover images. In order to expedite this process, please forward your e-mail address and phone number, along with the text you’d like to accompany your cover images, up to 38 characters per image, including spaces and punctuation.

The Artcademy accepts both PC based files and Mac based files. Please put the Full Name of the buyer followed by “FB Cover Images” in the subject line and email everything to theartcademy@gmail.com. We will work with you to create the image and then send you a proof for approval. Once artwork has been submitted for design, your order cannot be cancelled. Upon receipt of the required finishing information and graphics approval, we will begin processing your order immediately; you will receive your image as a .PNG via email as soon as you approve the final proof.
